Requirements

- Strong ability to lead client relationships and confidently present strategic recommendations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance outcomes.
- High proficiency with Google Suite and digital marketing tools, including analytics platforms such as GA4.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Creative, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for multiple childcare client accounts across multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead client-facing strategic discussions, guiding decision-making and long-term growth planning.
- Define KPIs, campaign success metrics, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies using tools such as GA4 and other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, coordinators, and specialists) to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of marketing and childcare industry trends to introduce innovative ideas and approaches.
