  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance outcomes.
  • High proficiency with Google Suite and digital marketing tools, including analytics platforms such as GA4.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Creative, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for multiple childcare client accounts across multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead client-facing strategic discussions, guiding decision-making and long-term growth planning.
  • Define KPIs, campaign success metrics, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies using tools such as GA4 and other analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, coordinators, and specialists) to execute high-performing campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of marketing and childcare industry trends to introduce innovative ideas and approaches.
