Requirements

- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, audience activation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
- Experience driving operational improvements, standardization, and delivery innovation at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery operations across multi-account audience activation programs, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of execution.
- Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and staffing strategies to meet delivery demands and performance expectations.
- Define and enforce operational standards, governance models, and delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans and execution roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment between delivery teams and broader business objectives, driving consistency across client engagements.
- Monitor operational performance and delivery outcomes, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Support innovation and process optimization initiatives to improve scalability and operational effectiveness.
