Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management role within a pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, medical communications, or related agency environment.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Experience working within medical, legal, and regulatory review processes in healthcare or pharmaceutical communications.
  • Proven project management capabilities with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior colleagues in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and industry regulations is highly preferred.
  • Availability to work Central Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent client satisfaction across assigned projects.
  • Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines, deliverables, budgets, and internal workflows to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop client-facing materials including agendas, presentations, status reports, project briefs, and scope documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production, clinical, and operational teams to align project goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior account team members, supporting their professional development and ensuring effective team collaboration.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including proposal creation, budget tracking, reconciliations, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare industry regulations and quality control standards.
