Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to billing, policy changes, coverage questions, and documentation requests
- Support customers during the pre-licensing phase by focusing primarily on billing-related inquiries
- Navigate internal systems and tools to locate policy information and provide accurate responses
- Communicate clearly with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain compliance with insurance guidelines while ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction
