Experience: 2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics, and/or 2 + years of obesity medicine experience in a primary care/internal medicine setting

Requirements

Nurse Practitioner degree
2+ years experience in outpatient, obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics
Experience practicing Obesity Medicine including lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy
Licensed to practice and prescribe legally
Preference for credentialing with insurance payers in CA, MA, NY, TX, NJ, or IL
Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bilingual medical fluency in Spanish is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver team-based care
Conduct regular video visits
Utilize text messaging, photo journaling, and digital data transmission for patient care
Provide evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy
