Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Knowledge of computers, networking, and the IT industry
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued POs
- Follow-up on orders to ensure successful delivery
- Lead open order management for expedient and accurate delivery
- Confirm timely and accurate invoicing
- Proactively resolve problems at customer and supplier levels
- Source products via advantageous pricing through major vendor suppliers
- Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests
- Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments
- Assist with quoting
- Offer add-on opportunities such as warranties, service agreements, and accessories
