Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Kansas.
- Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, and diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
- Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week until 8pm.
- Enthusiastic, strong team player.
- Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.
- Experience in Family-Based Treatment or eating disorder treatment (preferred).
- Experience with evidence-based treatment or intensive treatment settings (preferred).
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma (preferred).
- Case management experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.
- Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments.
- Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with 20-26 hours of direct care.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, and mentors.
- Utilize between-session messaging and EMR for documentation.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
- Maintain licensure in home state and obtain cross-licensure as requested.
