Requirements
- 5+ years total experience.
- 3+ years hands-on building and shipping AI-assisted systems.
- 2+ years in a client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering role.
- Proven full-cycle ownership from discovery to handoff.
- Production-grade proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- LLM stack fluency (Claude, GPT, open-weight).
- Expertise in AI system design (agents, RAG, copilot, MCP).
- Experience with eval-driven development.
- Integration experience with REST APIs, iPaaS, and SaaS tools.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Communicative (B2+) level in both Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Embed temporarily into client engineering organizations or internal teams.
- Run discovery with stakeholders from CTO to end-user.
- Translate ambiguous pain points into a written technical scope.
- Lead pre-sales on AI opportunities including scoping, pricing, and closing.
- Build and ship AI-enabled workflows such as copilots, agents, and RAG systems.
- Integrate solutions with client tech stacks.
- Manage production pathways including security reviews and change management.
- Extend internal NetguruOS platform with new agents, MCPs, and skills.
- Build enablement tooling and templates for internal delivery teams.
