Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and SQL.
- Experience with Java and Javascript.
- Experience with ML frameworks: Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with MLOps technologies: Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud infrastructure experience: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with data libraries: NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Expertise in design and improvement of large-scale distributed production environments.
- Experience with version control, git, REST, and testing (unit, integration, regression).
- Strong foundation in mathematics: linear algebra, probability, statistics, calculus, and algorithms.
- Experience with data modeling and pipelining.
- Experience with model evaluation in production and AUC/Precision/Recall metrics.
Responsibilities
- Work with product and operations to identify high-impact ML opportunities.
- Architect, deploy, test, maintain, and improve scalable ML models.
- Develop tooling and analytical frameworks for model performance evaluation.
- Lead research initiatives for POCs and integrate successful solutions into production.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Design solutions for image classification, localization, segmentation, and NLP.
- Optimize ML model training using GPUs and Linux systems.
- Gain a holistic view of infrastructure including Docker and Kubernetes.
