Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related area or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise delivery experience including managing large programs.
- 5+ years of engagement management experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading or working with offshore teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management styles like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Proven experience managing delivery portfolios of $10M+.
- Deep technical implementation experience in Data & AI, Infrastructure/Platform, or Digital Innovation.
- Ability to travel to business and customer locations up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Own, plan, and lead enterprise projects and programs across complex, large transformation engagements.
- Manage P&L across a portfolio of projects focusing on contribution margin and realization.
- Act as an Executive Sponsor on multiple projects and programs.
- Drive business success through client relationship management, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple parallel programs focusing on scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage and solve customer escalations through root cause analysis and stakeholder management.
- Provide work direction, feedback, and accountability for project teams (PMs, PSAs, Consultants).
- Collaborate with Sales, PMO, and delivery leadership on strategy, resource management, and process improvement.
