Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Platform Delivery, or ITSM operations.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled workflow improvements or Generative AI solutions.
- Proven experience designing Jira automation solutions, integrations, and process transformation.
- Deep expertise in Jira, JSM, and Confluence (workflows, automation rules, dashboards, JQL).
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes including incident and change management.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams in operational or delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to use operational metrics to drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of SDLCNext delivery through prioritized backlog and roadmap execution.
- Identify and redesign manual operational processes into scalable, automation-first workflows.
- Implement automation across Jira, JSM, and Confluence using AI-enabled tooling.
- Oversee platform governance, data structures, JQL queries, and enterprise configurations.
- Manage ITSM operations including incidents, service requests, and change activities.
- Drive performance through operational metrics, data-driven prioritization, and continuous improvement.
- Direct personnel supporting sustainment and platform enhancement efforts.
