Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred
- 6 to 10 years of experience
- Experience with Spec-first development
- Experience with Multi-agent orchestration
- Experience with Knowledge-centric architecture
- Experience with LLMOps discipline
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, React.js, and RxJs
- API engineering experience (Spring, Kotlin, etc.)
- Experience with event messaging and queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Deep experience with multiple cache and DB technologies (Postgres, Redis, Azure SQL, Cosmos)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies
- Experience leading contractors in onshore/offshore engagements
Responsibilities
- Own development of complex software and identify areas for modification and improvement.
- Lead collaborative solution design and define a scalable design system.
- Provide subject matter expertise on technical developments to improve software quality.
- Own the end-to-end roadmap of portfolio-level capabilities.
- Develop work schedules across multiple teams to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to portfolio management and mature the operating model and governance.
- Elicit and translate functional business requirements into technical requirements.
- Design and optimize complex database resources for performance.
- Drive architecture design for cross-product and domain ecosystems.
- Lead detection, analysis, and remediation of cybersecurity incidents.
