Responsibilities
- Support multiple client projects through planning, coordination, and administrative support.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of public health programs, assessments, trainings, and evaluations.
- Assist with grants management, including preparing budgets, monitoring spending, developing work plans, and submitting reports.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain organized records, data, and tracking systems.
- Contribute to the development of written deliverables such as reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Assist in preparing grant proposals.
- Support coalition and partnership activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client service.
