Responsibilities

  • Support multiple client projects through planning, coordination, and administrative support.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of public health programs, assessments, trainings, and evaluations.
  • Assist with grants management, including preparing budgets, monitoring spending, developing work plans, and submitting reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up documentation.
  • Maintain organized records, data, and tracking systems.
  • Contribute to the development of written deliverables such as reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Assist in preparing grant proposals.
  • Support coalition and partnership activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client service.
