Requirements

- 8+ years B2B2C product management experience
- 3+ years of people management/coaching experience
- Proficient in product lifecycle management
- Roadmap prioritization
- Data-informed decision making
- Hands-on experience with Design Thinking and Lean methodologies
- Experience writing SQL queries and managing Power BI reports.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Invoice and BillPayment suite
- Setting strategic direction
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers
- Handle product lifecycle from conception to post-release
- Identify market needs
- Evaluate product ideas for financial potential
- Work with R&D
- Operations
- Sales to define roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Define KPIs and manage metrics for merchant and partner onboarding.
