Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing motion design work and an understanding of design principles for performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of motion design and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- Experience using Figma.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to take feedback positively and apply it effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics and video content for Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Support the development of storytelling-driven visuals with strong pacing, animation, and design fundamentals.
- Design transitions, animated typography, simple VFX, and compositing elements while following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and producers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Revise and improve assets based on feedback from internal teams and performance insights.
- Stay up to date with motion design trends, new formats, and creative best practices.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Contribute ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
