Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in the data integration space
- Minimum 5 years experience in Linux / UNIX environments
- 5+ years programming experience in Java, C/C++, and/or Python
- Hands-on experience with ETL technologies
- Hands-on experience with data replication technologies
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated output critically
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work after hours as required
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end data integration solutions across mainframe, IBM i, distributed, and cloud environments
- Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales engagements
- Perform hands-on implementation, configuration, and deployment of solutions
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical architectures
- Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution alignment
- Educate customers and internal teams on data integration technologies
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation
- Support customer deployments including after-hours and on-call needs
