Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in consumer goods within FMCG.
- Experience managing 50m+ revenue.
- Expertise in brand building and integrated campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in D2C environments and social media.
- Experience in retail media and shopper marketing.
- Ability to build digital consumer journeys.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Working proficiency in French (ideal).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Dutch & Belgian brand and marketing strategy.
- Define the marketing activation calendar and lead 360° campaigns.
- Define local product portfolio focus based on market needs.
- Manage agencies for campaign execution.
- Track key brand metrics and campaign performance.
- Lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives.
- Act as the brand guardian for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
