Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in consumer goods within FMCG.
  • Experience managing 50m+ revenue.
  • Expertise in brand building and integrated campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in D2C environments and social media.
  • Experience in retail media and shopper marketing.
  • Ability to build digital consumer journeys.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Working proficiency in French (ideal).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Dutch & Belgian brand and marketing strategy.
  • Define the marketing activation calendar and lead 360° campaigns.
  • Define local product portfolio focus based on market needs.
  • Manage agencies for campaign execution.
  • Track key brand metrics and campaign performance.
  • Lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the brand guardian for the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
