Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a high-volume call center in the health industry
  • Proven track record handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to manage and prioritize high volume of daily emails
  • Proficiency in call routing and communication
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Zendesk and Vetspire
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Access to a quiet working space

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume of incoming calls from existing and prospective clients
  • Address inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general pet care
  • Respond to high volume of emails (100+ daily) including medical records exchange
  • Triage and route calls to virtual nurses or clinic team members
  • Perform administrative tasks including clinic reschedules
  • Document interactions using Zendesk and Vetspire
  • Communicate with team members via Slack and Google platforms
