Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a high-volume call center in the health industry
- Proven track record handling inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to manage and prioritize high volume of daily emails
- Proficiency in call routing and communication
- Experience with appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Zendesk and Vetspire
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Access to a quiet working space
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume of incoming calls from existing and prospective clients
- Address inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general pet care
- Respond to high volume of emails (100+ daily) including medical records exchange
- Triage and route calls to virtual nurses or clinic team members
- Perform administrative tasks including clinic reschedules
- Document interactions using Zendesk and Vetspire
- Communicate with team members via Slack and Google platforms
