- Strong understanding of medical terminology (animal or human).
- Sourcing skills and experience is a must (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean search knowledge etc).
- Executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- The proven ability to take initiative, think on your feet, and quickly make well-thought-out decisions.
- Amplify the Bond Vet culture to inspire talent.
- Assist in the recruitment process and selection for Veterinarian candidates.
- Source Veterinarian candidates through direct outreach, industry networking, job boards, and social media.
- Consult with Medical Directors to match candidates to clinic needs.
- Manage all communication with Veterinarian candidates, from initial outreach to offer letters.
