Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to influence or close $1M+ services deals.
  • Hands-on understanding of SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, and architecture patterns.
  • Experience designing solutions with AI integration, agent workflows, or model-enhanced apps.
  • Ability to build defensible pricing models (T&M, fixed-price, outcome-based).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with distributed global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Translate client goals into clear, technically credible solution architectures.
  • Lead discovery workshops to define winning solutions.
  • Build decks, narratives, and pricing models for large, complex opportunities.
  • Provide high-level pricing estimates for software, hardware, cloud, and tooling.
  • Own the solution across delivery lifecycles: Apps, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud.
  • Design and position AI-integrated solutions including agentic automation and RAG.
  • Develop differentiated GTM playbooks and reusable sales assets.
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery to ensure proposed solutions are buildable and profitable.
