Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare, or business (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience as a clinical project manager.
- Experience managing global clinical trials.
- At least 5 years of clinical project management experience.
- Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R3).
- Knowledge of data and patient privacy practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong financial acumen, administrative excellence, and analytical skills.
- Therapeutic expertise in Oncology.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project quality and management of clinical trial programs.
- Manage project budgets and review/approve proposal content and costing.
- Solve problems within project teams and balance competing priorities.
- Serve as the key client contact for delivery of scope and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the project team.
- Support recruitment and interviewing of new employees.
- Monitor continuous improvement of processes within the Global Clinical Operations department.
