Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, including Surface devices
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with automation tools, including Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience managing endpoint devices in enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of patching and configuration management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and user engagement abilities
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Experience with Red Hat Linux (desirable)
- Experience with Ubuntu Linux (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft server infrastructure (Windows Server)
- Perform patch management and system updates across servers and endpoints
- Administer and support endpoint devices (Windows PCs, laptops, Surface devices)
- Configure and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Support and enhance Microsoft Intune environments
- Drive automation initiatives, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Power Automate)
- Provide user-facing support, ensuring high-quality engagement and issue resolution
- Proactively identify system improvements and recommend solutions
- Take ownership of incidents and problem resolution from start to finish
