Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Odoo 16-18.
- Proficient in both Odoo Community (CE) and Enterprise (EE) architecture.
- Experience in modular architecture and domain modeling.
- Advanced understanding of business workflows across various domains.
- Expertise in Python, ORM, and module development.
- Proficient in frontend technologies including OWF, QWeb, HTML, JS, and SCSS.
- Experience in Odoo POS framework and related integrations.
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud environments.
- Strong accounting expertise within Odoo.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust, well-architected Odoo solutions.
- Design and validate technical architecture for medium to large-scale Odoo implementations.
- Guide engineering teams, enforce best practices, and ensure solution quality.
- Oversee backend, frontend, POS, and integration-heavy development activities.
- Lead DevOps pipelines, overseeing deployment architecture and ensuring production readiness.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements.
- Conduct architectural audits, performance reviews, and risk assessments.
