Job Details

Experience: 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience (3-5+ years’ experience preferred in Specialty Pharmacy)
Required Skills: Project ManagementPeople ManagementMicrosoft Excel

3+ years of pharmacy technician experience (3-5+ years preferred in Specialty Pharmacy).
Current registration with the State of employment as a Pharmacy Technician.
National certification as a CPhT.
Strongly preferred leadership experience (e.g., Regional Team Lead or similar).
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic formulas, data manipulation, graph creation).
Knowledge of Pharmacy dispensing or EMR systems (e.g., Willow, Qs1, RX30).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage projects and prioritize workloads to meet deliverables.

Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Engagement Specialists to ensure timely and accurate prior authorization and financial assistance support.
Proactively manage support in assigned hospitals and/or clinics to ensure patients receive medications on time.
Lead and manage a Patient Engagement team to ensure all service level goals are met.
Provide front-line supervision, ongoing coaching, and performance management.
Manage team administrative tasks including ADP, Paid Time Off (PTO), and time reports.
Conduct system audits to ensure efficient workflow and monitor responsiveness to requests.
Collaborate with on-site management and clinical integration teams to establish efficient workflows.
Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating training for new team members.
Monitor communication between the Patient Engagement team and clinical teams.
