Requirements

  • 6+ years of growth, performance marketing, or acquisition leadership experience within high-growth DTC brands
  • Proven experience owning and scaling growth performance with accountability for MER, CAC, LTV, and profitability
  • Deep expertise across paid media platforms including Meta and Google
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets
  • Strong understanding of attribution, full-funnel strategy, and subscription dynamics
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative teams to drive performance through testing
  • Highly analytical with strong strategic judgment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Own company-wide growth performance across acquisition, retention, funnel efficiency, and profitable scale
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across paid media, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, creative testing, and customer experience
  • Lead and scale paid media performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Build and maintain structured experimentation roadmaps across audiences, offers, funnels, landing pages, creative, and retention initiatives
  • Partner closely with Creative to define testing priorities and guide creative direction using data
  • Monitor MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and other key growth metrics
  • Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities across acquisition, CRO, and retention
  • Own growth reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and weekly performance reviews
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and operational foundations
