Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Medicaid systems and the Payment Integrity industry.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a matrixed environment.
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with multiple organizational departments, including IT.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external executive audiences.
- Proven leadership, project management, and process optimization skills.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L and planning experience.
- Ability to set and adhere to structured operating rigor.
- Grounded knowledge of Medicaid regulations and HR1.
Responsibilities
- Manage client-level product performance for Community Engagement Verification, SNAP Verification, and SNAP Integrity.
- Accountable for the performance of analytics, technology, vendors, and the contact center.
- Coordinate end-to-end process administration.
- Support sales in new client pursuits and engage in implementation activities.
- Monitor performance metrics such as client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
- Analyze business procedures to identify revenue and cost reduction opportunities.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operations and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with client deliverables and contractual Service Level Agreements.
- Interact with executives and internal stakeholders to coordinate goals.
