- Understanding of relevant ERISA regulations and plan design

- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex buying processes
Responsibilities
- Grow a new territory and develop advisor relationships
- Drive advisor channel strategy by wholesaling retirement plan recordkeeping and TPA services
- Create and manage a balanced pipeline using prospecting techniques including cold calling and LinkedIn
- Educate and influence decision-makers on firm solutions and value proposition
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a smooth experience from onboarding through service
- Continuously refine sales approach and share best practices with the team
