  • Understanding of relevant ERISA regulations and plan design

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex buying processes

Responsibilities

  • Grow a new territory and develop advisor relationships
  • Drive advisor channel strategy by wholesaling retirement plan recordkeeping and TPA services
  • Create and manage a balanced pipeline using prospecting techniques including cold calling and LinkedIn
  • Educate and influence decision-makers on firm solutions and value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a smooth experience from onboarding through service
  • Continuously refine sales approach and share best practices with the team
