Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least seven years of experience in the retirement plan or benefits consulting marketplace.
- Expertise in participant communications programs.
- Strong attention to detail with proven editing and proofreading experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Suite (specifically PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe, Illustrator, and Brainshark.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including senior executives.
- Internet work speed requirement of 25 Mbps or better.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, write, and edit NQDC communications programs using a multi-media approach (email, print, digital, face-to-face).
- Partner with Marketing to create global education materials for NQDC plans.
- Support institutional partners with participant communications, core educational materials, and client-specific requests.
- Create customized targeted communication campaigns for clients with measurable goals.
- Engage with product and compliance teams to ensure materials are accurate and approved.
- Proactively recommend new communication initiatives based on marketplace observations and client needs.
