Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • At least seven years of experience in the retirement plan or benefits consulting marketplace.
  • Expertise in participant communications programs.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven editing and proofreading experience.
  • Advanced skills in MS Suite (specifically PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Illustrator, and Brainshark.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including senior executives.
  • Internet work speed requirement of 25 Mbps or better.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, write, and edit NQDC communications programs using a multi-media approach (email, print, digital, face-to-face).
  • Partner with Marketing to create global education materials for NQDC plans.
  • Support institutional partners with participant communications, core educational materials, and client-specific requests.
  • Create customized targeted communication campaigns for clients with measurable goals.
  • Engage with product and compliance teams to ensure materials are accurate and approved.
  • Proactively recommend new communication initiatives based on marketplace observations and client needs.
