Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish
- Conduct outbound follow-ups with new and existing leads
- Qualify leads by gathering accurate move details
- Assist with booking moves and scheduling estimates
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
- Follow sales scripts, pricing guidelines, and internal workflows
- Ensure timely responses to prevent lead drop-off
