Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups with new and existing leads
  • Qualify leads by gathering accurate move details
  • Assist with booking moves and scheduling estimates
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
  • Follow sales scripts, pricing guidelines, and internal workflows
  • Ensure timely responses to prevent lead drop-off
