Requirements
- 2+ years of prior technical support experience in a product-based organization.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support role.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain self-control in stressful situations.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Experience with inbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Fluent in English.
- High-speed broadband internet (at least 20Mbps download).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through responsive follow-through and advocacy.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Receive and record incident-related information over phone, chat, and email.
- Conduct analysis, gather logs/screenshots, and troubleshoot software/technical issues.
- Resolve issues related to software functionality, configuration, hardware, and networking.
- Suggest and contribute articles to the knowledge base.
- Participate in the testing of new product releases.
- Assist customers via Zoom video calls.
