  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain self-control in stressful situations.
  • Excellent customer service attitude.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Experience with inbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High-speed broadband internet (at least 20Mbps download).

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through responsive follow-through and advocacy.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Receive and record incident-related information over phone, chat, and email.
  • Conduct analysis, gather logs/screenshots, and troubleshoot software/technical issues.
  • Resolve issues related to software functionality, configuration, hardware, and networking.
  • Suggest and contribute articles to the knowledge base.
  • Participate in the testing of new product releases.
  • Assist customers via Zoom video calls.
