Requirements
- 8+ years experience in technical Cybersecurity Engineering.
- At least 4 years focused on large-scale cloud or hybrid environments.
- Portfolio of projects applying AI/ML to security or operational scaling.
- Demonstrated experience managing environments with 10,000+ workloads.
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud security architectures.
- Mastery of Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Ability to leverage Databricks for threat hunting and efficacy reporting.
- Experience securing Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and Docker.
- Proficiency with Python (PySpark/Pandas) for security data science.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and AI security governance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated compliance assessments to enforce hardening standards (CIS, NIST).
- Architect and maintain security of asset inventory and encryption strategies.
- Develop and secure the Identity Fabric for employees and customers.
- Manage secure connectivity between on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
- Partner with SOC for detection logic and SOAR playbook development.
- Perform efficacy assessments including Purple Team exercises.
- Establish security guardrails for internal and customer-facing AI models.
- Drive hyper-automation of security operations via SOAR and ML-based triggers.
- Integrate security into business processes to reduce friction.
- Discover and catalog shadow AI usage.
