- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Geriatric Psychiatry certification strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience caring for older adults with complex psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders
- Experience leading clinicians or programs within a behavioral health, telehealth, or value-based organization
- Strong clinical judgment
- Operational insight
- Data-informed decision-making
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all psychiatric teams providing telehealth care to older adults with SMI, SUD and dementia.
- Design, refine, and scale a nationally consistent model of value-based geriatric psychiatry.
- Drive quality improvement, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with product and technology teams to translate clinical workflows into the platform.
- Lead clinical recruitment, onboarding, training and education programs.
- Develop, implement and oversee processes for clinical supervision.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing growth of the CMS Guide model.
- Support primary care providers through training and consultation.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Office on clinical policies and risk management.
- Contribute to strategic planning, financial stewardship, and sustainable program growth.
