Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, transformation, capability building, or training.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred).
- Experience coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification.
- Experience developing or promoting learning programs across global and matrixed organizations.
- Experience designing and improving training curricula, learning journeys, and workshop content.
- Facilitation skills with the ability to engage cross-functional audiences.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness.
- Experience with AI and its application in learning and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of PowerUP training programs, curricula, and learning assets.
- Modernize Operational Excellence training by incorporating practical GenAI and automation.
- Ensure PowerUP content aligns with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Apply data-driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions across multiple formats.
- Build continuous improvement capability by providing practical tools and methods.
- Coach PowerUP candidates throughout their certification journey.
- Review and evaluate CPI/LSS projects.
