Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a gaming support role
  • Strong knowledge and passion for role-playing games (RPGs), mobile games, and streaming platforms
  • Experience providing support via chats and emails in English
  • CRM systems expertise
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
