- Current multi-state license and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Active, unrestricted licenses in California, New York, and Arizona.
- At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Deep clinical expertise in primary care and women's health.
- Ability to deliver virtual care with high autonomy and clinical competency.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate into standardized workflows.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and integrative virtual care across gynecology and primary care services.
- Perform virtual annual visits, birth control consults, flu/cold consults, and dermatology management.
- Remotely triage, diagnose, and treat patients via proprietary chat software.
- Provide provider inbox support and RN team support.
- Contribute to clinical content creation, review, and clinical mentorship.
- Participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, and protocol development.
