Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated domain expertise in CPG, focus in Revenue Growth Management (RGM/RGO) and trade promotion.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software product quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes across the SDLC (Agile/Scrum).
- Hands-on experience building/maintaining test automation (UI/API) using frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.
- Ability to define and report quality metrics and communicate insights.
- Proficiency with QA and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to create clear documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and enforce functional testing standards across products and releases.
- Plan, execute, and manage functional testing for releases, including test scheduling and environment readiness.
- Develop and maintain test artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Partner with Client Services to support UAT, test evidence collection, and defect triage.
- Define and review requirements by analyzing user stories to ensure testable specifications.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into acceptance criteria.
- Lead test automation initiatives and integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive defect resolution, triage, and root-cause analysis.
