Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, data systems, or client-facing technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience working with database or data-driven applications.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform data audits and upload client data for new and ongoing system implementations.
- Configure, build, and troubleshoot EDI files and integrations.
- Conduct testing, quality assurance, and validation of deliverables.
- Serve as a point of contact for client meetings and technical explanations.
- Support client onboarding and resolve system-related issues.
- Contribute to process improvements, SOP development, and knowledge sharing.
