Requirements

  • Proven senior-level hands-on experience in Facebook user acquisition for web-based B2C products, particularly within Tier-1 international markets.
  • Strong background managing high-volume advertising budgets of at least $100K/month, ideally exceeding $200K/month.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook Ads best practices, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, scaling methodologies, attribution, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic channel leadership in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience working with automation tools, scripts, or AI-supported creative optimization workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills and a performance-oriented approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote and globally distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Facebook user acquisition campaigns for web funnels across multiple consumer-facing digital products, with a strong focus on Tier-1 markets, especially the United States.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns while managing substantial monthly advertising budgets and driving sustainable growth performance.
  • Maintain and improve advertising account structures, tracking systems, domains, payment flows, and operational processes to ensure campaign stability and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute structured creative testing frameworks, continuously analyzing performance data to identify winning concepts and scaling opportunities.
  • Implement automation initiatives using scripts, rules, integrations, and third-party tools to improve operational efficiency and campaign scalability.
  • Monitor key acquisition metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV, using performance insights to refine targeting, bidding, and scaling strategies.
  • Document workflows, best practices, and optimization learnings to support long-term channel growth and operational excellence.
