Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient time and workflow organization for marketing leadership.
  • Support documentation management, maintaining clear structures for files, processes, and internal records.
  • Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication across marketing, operations, and external partners.
  • Assist in marketing project tracking, ensuring updates, milestones, and progress are properly documented and shared.
  • Support reporting activities by preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries for leadership.
  • Assist in communication with external partners, including outreach and coordination activities.
  • Help establish and improve internal procedures and administrative workflows.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed by the marketing leadership team.
