Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient time and workflow organization for marketing leadership.
- Support documentation management, maintaining clear structures for files, processes, and internal records.
- Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication across marketing, operations, and external partners.
- Assist in marketing project tracking, ensuring updates, milestones, and progress are properly documented and shared.
- Support reporting activities by preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries for leadership.
- Assist in communication with external partners, including outreach and coordination activities.
- Help establish and improve internal procedures and administrative workflows.
- Provide general operational and administrative support as needed by the marketing leadership team.
