Requirements

- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate content value and make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills with attention to deadlines and targets.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong resilience in a high-performance environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup with strong time management discipline.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify relevant creators and publishers based on defined content briefs and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with external content partners.
- Evaluate proposed content against editorial quality, commercial viability, and catalogue needs.
- Develop and manage a structured pipeline of licensed content aligned with strategic targets.
- Negotiate non-exclusive licensing agreements reflecting content value and distribution scope.
- Deliver consistent monthly acquisition targets and support overall licensing KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal editorial, production, and quality teams for smooth content onboarding.
- Participate in content strategy discussions and editorial board reviews.
