- Experience improving workflows, processes, or operational systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Comfort supporting people-related processes such as onboarding and employee experience.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or external partners.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment.
- Located in the United States.
- Strong preference for Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Shape and strengthen the clinician experience by supporting systems, processes, and operational rhythms.
- Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, team development, and organizational processes.
- Coordinate and operationalize outreach and visibility efforts.
- Support recruiting-related marketing efforts and community relationship-building.
- Coordinate leadership development initiatives and communication systems.
- Cultivate connection and community across the remote team through engagement initiatives.
- Serve as an operational connector across leadership, systems, and workflows.
- Transform infrastructure into sustainable, scalable systems.
