Requirements
- 5+ years building production software.
- At least 2 years shipping LLM and ML-powered features at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Working ability in TypeScript and React.
- Production experience with major LLM providers (Gemini, Claude, GPT).
- Deep understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
- Solid grounding in embeddings and vector search.
- Strong ML and NLP fundamentals.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), Redis, REST, SSE, WebSockets.
- Production experience with observability and A/B testing.
Responsibilities
- Architect production GenAI systems across multiple domains.
- Own features end-to-end from model selection through backend/frontend integration to deployment.
- Design agentic workflows with tool calling and multi-step reasoning.
- Build and optimize retrieval and embeddings stacks.
- Ensure production reliability and cost-efficiency of LLM systems.
- Establish evaluation rigor for response quality and business KPIs.
- Drive experimentation and research for new models and frameworks.
- Mentor team members on AI and ML best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify AI opportunities.
