Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Operations, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK).
- Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, Postgres).
- Understanding of web development frameworks and architectures.
- Understanding of containerization; Kubernetes preferred.
- Understanding of Amazon Web Services; Amazon GovCloud preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Produce clear diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans for operational systems.
- Follow architectural guidelines and industry best practices.
- Develop automation for software builds and artifact delivery.
- Write Infrastructure as Code to support environments.
- Develop monitors, alerts, and on-call solutions.
- Collaborate with support and customer success teams.
- Provide progress and performance updates to senior management.
