Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in software technical documentation.
- Experience in an agile software development environment.
- Experience writing API documentation.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with image capture tools and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to explain complicated technical concepts.
- Experience in IT security, iOS, and Android technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with Oxygen XML Editor is a plus.
- Experience with Markdown and Slate HTML is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Interact with subject matter experts to understand software deliverables.
- Research, analyze, and test software to develop documentation content.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of customer-facing documentation.
- Develop documentation using simple and concise English.
- Maintain high standards for task orientation, organization, and visual effectiveness.
- Communicate issues and seek support to meet software release deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
