- Expertise in utilizing AI tools throughout the development lifecycle
- Exposure to building AI solutions for customers
- Experience with modern web standards and technologies (e.g. React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL)
- Proven track record of building partnerships across engineering, product, and other stakeholders
- Experience and interest in mentoring peers
- Experience maintaining a high bar for quality
Responsibilities
- Lead fellow developers, product managers, and designers to build employee management features
- Flex full-stack development skills on end-to-end tasks
- Participate in designing, estimating, implementing, testing, and debugging solutions
- Mentor developers through code-pairing and detailed reviews
- Champion best practices for development, deployment, and quality lifecycles
- Contribute to product design and feature selection discussions
