Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in email fundraising or similar
- Mastery of 3+ common CRMs or fundraising platforms (ActionKit, ActBlue, ActionNetwork, EveryAction, etc.)
- Mastery of email writing for fundraising
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Ability to manage large clients unassisted
- Creative writing chops
- Enthusiasm for data and testing fundraising content
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Oversees the email content creation process
- Writes content for emails and landing pages
- Delegates writing tasks to junior podmates and provides feedback
- Ensures email content aligns with client voices and best practices
- Oversees content reviewing, revising, editing, and approval
- Oversees the email production process including coding and targeting
- Pulls, reads, interprets, and presents email performance metrics
- Sets up donation forms and landing pages
- Attends and contributes to client meetings
- Assists with onboarding new clients and CRM setup
