Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Deep expertise with AWS and hands-on production experience with Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of container orchestration, cloud-native networking, and security
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability platforms
- Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership
- Ability to write technical decision documents (ADRs, RFCs)
- Experience building infrastructure from scratch in startup environments
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale AWS infrastructure including container orchestration and networking
- Build and own an observability and alerting platform from design to production
- Lead infrastructure builds for compliance standards like SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Harden container workloads and manage secrets across environments
- Optimize and maintain the shared infrastructure stack including Postgres and Redis
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines focused on speed, reliability, and security
- Extend Terraform codebase to ensure reproducible environments
- Define reliability practices including SLOs and incident response procedures
