Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA and enterprise data warehousing
- Strong expertise in SAP BW modeling (ADSOs, InfoObjects, CompositeProviders, etc.)
- Experience with ABAP for BW development and enhancements
- Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and migration from SAP BW/BW4HANA
- Strong knowledge of data integration with SAP, Salesforce, SQL Server, and external systems
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and modern cloud data architectures
- Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead and mentor offshore or distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere data models and workflows
- Architect and optimize data warehouses, transformations, and integration processes
- Drive end-to-end migration from SAP BW to SAP Datasphere, including validation and cutover
- Design hybrid architectures integrating Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and SAP ecosystems
- Enable integration with Salesforce, SQL Server, and other external data sources
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions
- Lead offshore development teams and ensure delivery quality and timelines
- Enforce data modeling standards, performance optimization, and governance practices
