Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or business intelligence
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)
- Experience with data catalogs, business glossaries, and metadata management
- Understanding of data architecture (medallion architecture, star schema)
- Experience with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake
- Familiarity with MDM concepts and tools (e.g., Reltio)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operationalization and continuous improvement of the enterprise data governance framework
- Coordinate governance activities including Data Governance Council operations and workgroups facilitation
- Partner with stakeholders to define and support data stewardship roles
- Develop and enforce Power BI standards, governance practices, and quality controls
- Design and deliver Power BI training programs and self-service analytics enablement initiatives
- Oversee data catalog, glossary, metadata management, and data quality initiatives
- Serve as a key communicator of data governance strategy
