Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of proven success in consultative or solution-based B2B sales environments.
  • Strong experience selling data analytics, payment integrity, recovery auditing, or disruptive software and service solutions.
  • Demonstrated success engaging and closing deals with C-suite executives, SVPs, CFOs, procurement leaders, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, with MS Dynamics experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and prospecting skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities for retail payment integrity and recovery audit services across enterprise retail and e-commerce markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, procurement leaders, and decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
  • Identify customer challenges and position tailored analytics and audit solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Drive the full consultative sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, strategic account management, and business unit teams to support successful product launches and client transitions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management within CRM systems.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, business cases, and value propositions aligned with customer goals and operational priorities.
  • Support a high-performance sales culture through strategic planning, performance measurement, and customer-centric execution.
